We have been doing two lots of exercise every day! So we have been keeping ourselves really active. We have had an indoor or outdoor slot in our pod area where we have been doing a fitness circuit, dance or yoga. Our second slot is to do our daily mile, skipping, frisbee throwing, javelin throwing or a game of kwik cricket. We have some great skills now fielding, overarm throwing and of course batting. Some of us have played cricket with two wickets and even played clock cricket with four wickets! We have had brilliant fun!
