As part of the Wellbeing Award, a SWOT analysis was carried out to find out about the school's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. All stakeholders were consulted in this and a strategy was written. This outlines what stakeholders already thought the school did well and what further work needs to happen.
The Accountability Framework was developed with the Wellbeing Change Team to ensure everyone understand's their responsibilities in terms of Mental Health.
