Understanding the World means that we get to explore our environment and our community through science, history, geography and RE. We enjoy looking at different festivals and celebrations, especially when we get to try foods from other cultures. We learn all about ourselves, our families, and places within the whole world! 

We are so lucky that our teachers use our outside learning environment for Welly Wednesday in Nursery and Grubby Gruffalos in Reception.
