Maths Storybooks

Mathematics can be explored through different contexts, including books, puzzles, songs, rhymes, puppet play and games. Using storybooks to teach mathematics can be particularly effective, through providing an opportunity for mathematical talk and questioning. 

These books may also be useful for parents to read to their children at home and talk through the maths.
