New Community Reassurance Team and Covid-19 helpline number Shropshire Council have launched a new Community Reassurance Teams (CRT) and a dedicated phone line during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic to help those who are vulnerable and in need of help. The CRT will work across the county with our communities in an effort to coordinate support for local residents and businesses. Because we are now getting more enquiries related to Covid-19 issues, we will go live with the new helpline 0345 678 9028 this week which will be dedicated to trying to help with all related issues. As this situation develops this line may begin to take over from some of our business as usual numbers
